"Warm and friendly"

I visit Hurst Park Court on a semi-regular basis. I felt it appropriate to leave a review further to my visit today as I have had yet another pleasant visit to the Home. 

During the current health climate (Covid-19 pandemic) there have been many strains on people's lives, both personally and professionally, and yet the atmosphere within Hurst Park Court was as warm and friendly as ever, with staff demonstrating their ongoing care, compassion and attentiveness towards residents, involving them in social activities (today was a Christmas party!) and ensuring their individual needs are consistently being met. Residents appear comfortable, well presented, settled and happy in their surroundings.

Hurst Park Court is not only kept looking and smelling clean, fresh and tidy, but the décor and design of the accommodation such as wallpaper murals and comfortable seating areas in the corridors as well as communal lounges, are fantastic additions for people living with dementia, to help add some normality and mental stimulation to their day to day life.

Following my visit today, I felt it was is really important to validate the hard work, commitment and dedication of all staff at Hurst Park Court, especially during these difficult times, they really are an absolute credit to their Organisation.
