About: The Graham Practice

I would like to provide some very positive feedback and experience with the GP Practice.

The reception staff has provided exceptional support for my mom.

I had several questions/queries on how my mum should use the nebulizer, as we have never used one before.

The reception staff took note of my questions/queries and followed up these with Doctor and called be back with the answers within 24 hours.

The reception staff, truly cared and went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered appropriately.

The experience, interaction with the staff was friendly smooth and very positive.

I am very grateful for all a good GP support and I would like to thank them very much.

We are so happy to hear that you are very pleased with the reception staff and that they went above and beyond to make sure your query was dealt with and that we were able to help you. The reception staff are always ready to help patients, especially those who are vulnerable and elderly.
