I had some abnormal bleeding and was referred on a two week wait pathway for a hysteroscopy at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary.
The procedure was carried out by Dr Sambrook and two nurses, I'm sorry I can't remember your names. Dr Sambrook and the nurses were all brilliant.
The procedure was not the most pleasant in the world but they talked me through it and gave me lots of encouragement. There was only very minimal pain.
I have heard other women tell horror stories about their hysteroscopy, so I wanted to share my positive experience.
