I was pleased to see improved communication between the receptionist, pharmacist and GP when discussing consultant letters containing medication review change. Subsequent Pharmacist check clarified that medication and then highlighted I was overdue a routine blood test for my thyroid function which was quickly arranged. Subsequent follow up by GP prompt and professional for multiple conditions giving clear advice and guidance on future care plan. Very happy with the service received in these trying times.
