"Poor practice "

I was seen by a dermatology nurse who assured me I would receive a telephone assessment from a dermatologist. I did not receive any contact from a dermatologist but received a prescription through the post for a cream with no information in what to do with the cream. 5 days later I received a copy of my GP letter which gave details of how o use prescribed cream. I was unhappy with the diagnosis so rang up and arranged a face to face review with a dermatologist. The dermatologist said that the skin lesion in face looked like a basal cell carcinoma which was not picked up during the first appointment and is arranging for a biopsy. Very unsatisfactory and unsafe service.
