About: Lincoln County Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I attended the Gynaecology unit at Lincoln County Hospital today. I was seen by Dr Harper who was very efficient and professional. Dr Harper and the nurse who was present made me feel comfortable and at ease and I would not worry about my next appointment.

For somebody who was really nervous I felt like this was a conversation amongst female friends and left my appointment feeling very satisfied and happy.

My Appointment was prompt to time and all the staff on receptions were all very helpful.  Thank You .

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your valuable feedback following your recent visit to the Gynaeocology Outpatients Department at Lincoln County Hospital.

The whole team pride themselves on providing a compassionate, patient centred experience and when we recieve feedback that describes our service as professional and efficient, and that you felt comfortable and cared for this is a great morale boost for the team, and also reassurres us that we are providing the quality service we strive to achieve.

Thank you once again for leaving your comments and I will ensure that these are shared with the whole team, in particular Miss Harper and the nursing and reception team who work alongside her who you have taken the time to name.
