About: Victoria Hospital / Pre-assessment

(as a service user),

Went to the Victoria hospital in kirkcaldy for a biopsy  as I'm not a person  to visit hospitals much I was most impressed  by the way they went about and explained  everything  that was going  to happen  from the doctors to the nurses  and to Bobbie who looked after me thanks again

Thank you for taking the time to post on care opinion. I am pleased to hear that you were most impressed by the way everything was explained to you and what would happen from the Doctors to the Nurses. I will pass on your comments to the staff within pre-assessment who will be delighted to hear your feedback, can you also advise on the ward in which you were admitted so they can see your comments also.
