"Everything went extremely well"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I underwent this procedure one afternoon in December 2020.   Everything went extremely well.   The staff were very friendly and attentive.   Explained clearly what the procedure entailed both pre and post procedure.   Once home, I followed their advice and felt Tickety-boo.   Absolutely NO problems.   I had no concerns whatsoever but was reassured that assistance was available should it be required which was comforting to know.   Don't have anything negative to say.   Thank you for your hard, uncomplaining, diligence.

Dear General Grant

Thank you for telling us about your experience when you came for an endoscopy procedure. It was great to read that our staff looked after you well and kept you well informed throughout your stay with us.

I will share your post with our staff now and I am sure that your kind comments will make their day.

I hope you are recovering well

Take care and Merry Xmas

Kind regards

Gill

Update posted by General Grant (the patient)

General Grant had a great night's sleep after her endoscopy procedure. However, she kept her husband awake with her snoring!!!! Perhaps staff should give advice to partners. Maybe not - Tee Hee!
