About: The Corner Surgery

Too busy and overworked; no follow up; one particular practitioner was insulting, rude and dismissive. I appreciate that it is a very busy practice and we are in the middle of a pandemic, however, the attitude of this particular person prompted me to leave. Appointment booking erratic, call backs often late (if they were made at all). Practice booked appointments without my knowledge.

I am very sorry that you have had a bad experience with a doctor at the Corner Surgery. This is not the level of service we would like to give to our patients. As this complaint is anonymous, I am unable to comment further. I would appreciate it, if you would please contact the surgery and ask to speak to the practice manager, who will investigate this matter further.
