"Bizarre Appointment System"

Absolute joke of an appointment system, you simply cannot make a non urgent appointment. If you call and eventually get through you are told to call at 8am for appointments, never mind if you can wait a week or so you still have to call at 8am. So of course everyone calls at this time clogs up the phone system and you cannot get through - Genius! - I like many others I am sure simply won't bother as it is far too difficult, so altenative is to go private or risk that something serious gets missed. I doubt this is likely in my case but would hate to have an elderly relative try and use this service (not sure if service fits)
