"Excellent for home care"

For a period of well over a year, my mother needed care at home to help with her Alzheimer's dementia and general needs. We turned to Everycare Central Surrey for this and they have been excellent.

There was some initial confusion on getting things like medication setup, mostly based around medical terminology and knowing who was doing what.

The timing of home care varied, but each week a timetable of planned visits was sent. Trips to the GP surgery were handled without any fuss and feedback provided. This made a real difference, not needing to take time off work to attend. Whenever the level of care needed to be adjusted it was straightforward. Contact with Everycare was straightforward and any concerns could be dealt with.

For the level of service given, I feel that the cost was acceptable. No personal care is going to be cheap, and the good standard that Everycare provided was worth it. It enabled my mother to stay at home for this period, and gave me peace of mind that she was being looked after. It's only as her mobility has decreased, and care needs increased that she has needed to transition into round the clock care in a residential home.

Through the coronovirus pandemic, there were never any problems with transmission, indicating that they were taking the threat seriously and ensuring precautions of PPE etc were adhered to. It's just another confirmation of the professionalism, combined with the personal touch that Everycare Central Surrey do. I would recommend using them if you need care in the Guildford area.
