"Exceptional care and professionalism"

I was admitted to Ravenscraig late September suffering from severe depression. 

I was dangerously underweight, was uncooperative and had no interest in anything or anyone including my family. 

However, 9 weeks later thanks to the exceptional care and professionalism of the staff in Ravenscraig and also sessions of ECT, on the day before my discharge I took a dance class with both staff and patients!

During my stay I had my hair cut and styled which boosted by confidence and self esteem and enjoyed chats with members of staff and fellow patients.

Happily I am now back to my normal self,  able to enjoy my family and life in general.
