I was asked to attend an apt, I went & waited in the rain for 10mins. Before I was allowed to sit in the waiting room for another 35mins. When I asked what the delay was, I told I couldn’t have the shingles injection I was asked to come in for because I’m not old enough.
Why would you have a almost 70yr old woman leave her home in this pandemic and leave her exposed for no reason? There was no apology or attempt to explain how this mistake happened.
It’s such a shame as there are some good doctors at the practice and they are let down by some of the receptionist there. The good ones are so scares.
