"My GP Practice"

I have been in very regular contact with my GP at Pathhead Medical Practice for some time now regarding physical issues with my health.   

At each and every interaction with Dr Green over the years, she has demonstrated her commitment to providing the highest standard of care, whilst ensuring the principles of professionalism and integrity in her role as a GP.  

Dr Green has helped me through situations I have found difficult and challenging at times, and her compassionate and caring nature shone through at each and every turn, without fail. She has made such a difference to my healthcare journey, and her actions have very much supported me to help improve my own health in return; she treats patient as a whole and holistically, rather than just viewing symptoms individually.  

The Reception Staff have also, on each and every occasion, been very helpful, and their communications excellent. They are a great team, and I am extremely grateful to them all.  

Thank you simply isn't enough for Dr Green and the Reception staff at Pathhead Medical Practice. I hope NHS Lothian recognise the efforts from the Practice, as in my opinion they most certainly set an example other services would do well to learn from, and follow.
