"Awful practice"

About: Red Roofs Surgery

Not only is it difficult to get a telephone appointment, you have to repeatedly chase for access to the on-line booking system - which has now changed. This site will not put up specifics on negligence; etc., so I will just say this - be careful of having valid illness symptoms dismissed, rude/condescending doctors (and receptionists) make you uncomfortable, and having to chase everything. My experience is that they will not treat you if you are not an "easy case", hoping that if you are repeatedly delayed you will recover over time. Yes, oh-great-reviewer-of-reviews, I have tried to chase issues - and been blanked/insulted. I have only come across one doctor who will do the basics/her actual job, (this does not mean "giving me everything that I ask for"). I would encourage anyone using this surgery to search around for a doctor that actually listens, whether one of the few here or simply elsewhere.

Can I request that you formally detail your concerns in a letter to the practice manager, so that we can investigate and respond appropriately
