(as a service user),

I had my knee surgery at Haymires Hospital yesterday and I would like to leave my appreciation for the day surgery's nursing staff from admission to discharge time. The nursing team was amazing going above and beyond attention delivering outstanding care. I also would like to say many thanks for the nurse Lindsay who was so caring and attentive to details when delivering care to myself and others around. Well done everyone and keep up with the outstanding job ate the day surgery unit.

Once again, thank you for all your help and support given to me.
