About: Hatfield Road Surgery

Constant need to double check that referrals have actually occurred means I’ll have to find a new surgery. Went with v painful prostatitis and was ‘referred` to Urology. Over a month passed with no sign of referral letter. Phoned to enquire what was happening to find that the referral had not taken place. Phoned on 27 of Nov for blood test form and was assured it would be there 2 days later. No sign of it by 8 Dec but assured it would be text to me that day. No text so phoned again today (10th) No sign of form and in same situation as 8th. Fine Dr’s if you want a quick prescription but not suitable in my view and experience for more complex issues.
