After falling I and having a large laceration to face and fractured clavicle the treatment and care from all staff was excellent

Dear Christopher. So sorry to hear about your fall and damage to your face and clavicle. Sounds rather nasty. On a positive note, good to hear that you received good care and treatment from the staff at the PRUH. Do take care and hope that you recover soon.
