"Not very attentive"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

I was there after my appendix removal at Cramlington and was transferred there. I would often be left in the morning without being give items I needed to get washed. I was often left without adequate pain relief and had to ask for it. Some staff seemed quite cold, and a lady on the ward was blasting her TV all day. Blaring bright lights, which played on my Asperger's. Couldn't wait to get out on there.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am sorry to read your review - we would like to do all we can to ensure your review reaches the appropriate members of staff. I would be very grateful if you could tell us which ward you were admitted to. Don’t worry if you cannot remember, we can find this for you if you would privately share your name and date of birth with us by emailing patient.experience@nhct.nhs.uk.

We really appreciate you raising these important issues with us. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Tracy
