About: Perth Royal Infirmary

(as a service user),

Asked to get an e pass for Tayside Outpatient Appointment and impossible to find it on the website! ! ! ! Very frustrating. Not user friendly

> What information you were given to guide you to the e-pass

> What did you experience online when you tried to get it

> Did you eventually get the e-pass.

We need to get this process right for people and we would really appreciate to understand your difficulties with it in a bit more detail so we can address it.
