(as a relative),

Due to a brain condition, my wife has great difficulty in explaining herself.   From start to finish, everyone involved treated her (and me) with respect, kindness and efficiency.   When they suffered a camera problem this was honestly explained and next morning we had a phone call to check for any complications (none) and to apologise again.   In addition, the security man as we left offered to take care of my wife while I went off to bring the car to the front entrance.
