Emergency Dental Treatment

About: Fife Community Services / Dental Service NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as the patient),

I  required emergency dental treatment at  a weekend. The treatment journey was excellent. I contacted NHS 24 at 0800 and by 0830 I had an appointment at Glenwood emergency dental centre for 1400 that afternoon. The emergency dental  centre provided excellent care

Thank you for sharing your story with us on Care Opinion. I was sorry to read that you had to make use of the Scottish Emergency Dental Service and I hope that you are now well on your way to recovery.

It was lovely to read of your "journey" and that it was such a positive experience for you (well, as positive as a visit to the dentist can be!), and I will share your feedback with our wider team who I'm sure will be delighted to read that you had such good care.

I hope you are now well recovered from your dental pain, which I know can be thoroughly unpleasant.
