"Unhelpful, rude receptionist"

This was the most unhelpful and extremely rude telephone conversation with a receptionist that I have ever had! I needed some telephone advice from the doctor about an ankle injury, however was told...and I quote " I don't know what the doctor can do"!! After some interrogation, I managed to book a telephone appointment. I have heard other patients say the same about the rude nature of the receptionists. Most unpleasant.
