I came in on Saturday morning for a flu vaccination and I just wanted to say how brilliantly it was organised. We were in straightaway with no waiting, quick vaccination and then out the back door, all within about 4 minutes. As ever all the staff we met were just delightful and welcoming. We consider ourselves so fortunate to live in the catchment area for this practice.
