Staff attitude
I had an appointment to remove a sketchy bit of skin on my forehead. David removed it for me, and he was fantastic. I felt quite nervous, but he was chatty and joked enough to calm me down, but wasn't overly so - I still felt like he was professional, took the job seriously, and that I could trust him to do a good job. Afterwards, he patiently and kindly re-answered questions I'd already asked him earlier in the appointment (I guess I get forgetful when I'm nervous!). His assistant Lee-ann was also very friendly and helpful.
Making the appointment was unfortunately difficult - after reorganizing my schedule around the original appointment time, the NHS rescheduled my appointment time to the morning, with only two days notice. It was very inconvenient to reschedule my work so much and on such short notice.BUT overall, I felt supported and cared for - good job David!Treatment
