"Nothing bad to say but not that useful"

Personally I didn't feel like I received any additional help during the telephone consultation for determining what to do about a mole (suspected melanoma) the questions they asked were the exact same as the online NHS questionnaire for melanoma and the exact same as the GP asked me so I am not sure what they will do with the information as it all seemed quite generic.
