"Having my baby."

Id really like to take the time to Thank Charlotta in the induction bay at the Ulster hospital for her exceptional care she gave me when I was being cared for during the induction of my labour, I was scared and upset and throughout the night she comforted me and reassured me that everything was ok. She then stayed after her shift to hold my hand when I was struggling to cope. She is truely an asset to the hospital. I have never come across such a kind, caring and professional member of staff. Thank you Charlotta.
