"Excellent Healthcare Professional"

I had to wait a little while to get allocated a healthcare professional, but this was to be expected during this time of COVID. The sessions were online which was fine for me. My healthcare professional was excellent. They were friendly, empathetic, helpful, knowledgeable and used a combination of CBT, plus breathing and visualisation exercises to help me with my anxiety. Their personality, professionalism and sense of humour all contributed to helping me become a lot less anxious and be able to cope much better. Hopefully I will not need to use them again, but if for some reason I did, then I would not hesitate to contact them again.
