Tried dialling into the surgery (04.12.20) in the morning - was number 5 in the call queue but took 1hr 30minutes the last 45minutes as number 1 in the queue. Am guessing all phones (including doctors calls) go through one line otherwise perplexed.
Impossible for a surgery to function when patients are unable to call in - especially in these difficult times when one isn’t supposed to turn up in person for bookings. Hope COVID vaccinations are carried out at large centres and not surgeries.
