Unfortunately it doesn't matter who answers my call, I'm treated like an inconvenience whose not entitled to any care at all. Any problems are automatically turned onto me as if it's my fault they happened or well you can go somewhere else if you're not happy. The GP forgot my telephone appointment and I spent another 24 hours in a lot of pain with a dangerously high BP. Mistakes happen but instead of a simple sorry let's see what we can do about that I had, ' I can't promise he will call today, ok' and end of conversation with no real resolution. These ladies need to realise that they are providing a service and not throwing coins to beggars. Just once I would like to not have to fight for my care to make it through the defence of office staff. We don't tolerate this rudeness from hospitality or retail so why should we here?
