"I am not happy with my experience"

The Audiology Department at the Royal Surrey Hospital is in my opinion not good to deal with. They left me in a worse condition than before. I had to ask my mum to help me to go to someone privately for help as I ended up almost completely deaf. I am OK now but I could not use any of the products they gave me. I approached them twice to tell them what was happening to me however the responses I got from them were curt and crassly uncaring. This has really made me unhappy and I keep thinking about it. I do not like the following about them: they do not seem to take your previous medical history into account. They do not seem to care about their patients. When they communicate with you they do not seem to care how they come across or how people may interpret what they are saying. I do not like the way they made me feel isolated and on my own when I had problems and I do not like the way that when you tell them what has happened they are more interested in getting their things back from you than trying to help. In fairness to them I do accept that I may be in the wrong for expecting too much. The world is not a kind place but for some reason when I go to a Hospital I always seem to have it in my head that they will want to help me but that does not seem to be the case. Again in fairness to the NHS there is nothing in writing telling me they will want to help me so I think I have invented this. I think that I was better off before I saw them because physically I am back where I was, finally, and mentally I am in a state where I keep seeing this in my head and it is affecting me. Please be aware that I have tried to discuss this with them twice. I am not going to contact PALs because they will just pass me on to the Audiology so I see no point. I am very unhappy and distressed with my experience at the Royal Surrey Hospital.
