"Negative Feedback or Realistic"

About: The James Cook University Hospital

I was told I would see the consultant, I seen the registrar. Was told they probably wouldn't find the cause and the only treatment was what I have already done myself via my own research before hand. Very quick physical exam . . . too quick. More information and a little more thorough examination and care and attention would have been great, makes you feel as if something may have been missed.

Asked about hearing aid (white noise) seen on Good Morning TV resident Doctor and a patient of ENT on utube had one and said it was available on the NHS . . they knew nothing about it.

My partner was able to hear my tinnitus but they couldn't never listened in the right place. . . very sad would of only took a minute.

Very disappointed still suffering, If I had the money I would go private, not sure why I have paid my NI for over 30 years. I was told I would get a hearing test but they were fully booked that day, you think they would have kept some appointments back for emergencies.

This hospital has got too big and too impersonal. The top of bottom of it is, they will probably not find out the cause, there isnt much in the way of treatment . bearing in mind this thing had me on the verge of suicide . . . cheers
