About: East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance Lincoln County Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I had an unbearable migraine and pains in gallbladder area. The service of the ambulance crew was very kind and considerate, polite and very supportive and reassuring and professional, 

The hospital team was also efficient and carried out checks and observations in a timely manner again where polite and professional and caring and maintained my Saftey with regards to Covid environment ever present in the hospital all areas that I attended were prompt and professional thank you .

I have also been contacted today to follow through with ultra sound and X-ray tomorrow again prompt service to follow up tummy problems.

Appropriate medication was dispensed to support me while I am at home .
