"From A&E to main ward Excellent Care"

Called 111 with ongoing urinary problems while

being under a private hospital/consultant at the Clementine Hospital, that is in partnership with the NHS.

Superb service from 111. I was advised to go to A&E - and decided to go to my nearest hospital NWP- not normally my first choice but I was desperate.

Within 90 minutes of entering NWP A&E I was being treated, had an overnight stay, and was discharged the following day.

The staff and care on Gray ward was superb. The meals were a lot better than I remembered :-)

This experience has totally changed my view on NWP. The hospital was superb.

One thing I would say. IMHO, You are much better of as a NHS patient in an NHS hospital than a NHS patient in a private hospital.
