About: Park House Medical Centre

I called my GP at Park House Medical Centre today asking for an appointment. I was told I need to book it online. I asked for the webpage and they couldn't provide me with one. Eventually the receptionist gave me a mixture of web and e-mail address.....ridiculous and inefficient....waste of time and money. I am wondering what did she do at the reception the last 5 odd months since she couldn't provide me with a correct web address???? Isn't it her daily job??? Pathetic

I wonder if it might have been more productive had you raised the issue with the Office Manager or myself at the time of the incident, thereby preventing this comment from having to be written as I am unable to assist with the matter as I don't know your name, or indeed the staff member you mention so I am unable to ensure that this doesn't happen again.

I am also puzzled by your comment regarding online booking, we temporarily removed the online booking function at the beginning of the pandemic we currently find ourselves in so I am unsure as to what you were advised, but as I say, without knowing who you are or who you spoke to I am unable to remedy this situation.

Am sorry that you feel the practice is pathetic. Hopefully you will give us the chance to change that opinion in future.
