A couple of weeks ago my 82 yo mother attended the Albert Halls in Stirling get our flu jabs.

I must say I was most impressed by the way it was handled. From being greeted at the door by a very friendly lady who put my mum at ease to getting the jab and leaving, we were treated efficiently and with care and compassion.

The whole process took around 10 minutes.

Thank you so much for getting in touch to leave such wonderful feedback, its great to hear how smoothly your mums appointment went, it is very different times at the moment. It must have been very reassuring for you both, the appointment going smoothly, and being looked after with care and compassion.

I have shared your feedback with the team that have been dealing with the arrangements of the flu vaccination clinics, it really is lovely for them to hear such great comments, it really does boost the moral.
