James has been my cgl worker for a number of years now. At first I thought he's an OK guy polite and seems to know his stuff, I've had workers before and didn't think there would be anything to really get excited about. I'm sure James has met his match with me I am what u might say a very complex case with dual diagnosis and also chronic medical condition. But I've got to say this man has been one of best workers I've ever had.
He goes beyond what he suppose to do, pulled me back from relapse so many times, took my moods and ranting and raving as cool and calm as he could be, supported me through grief done amazing things with contacting consultants and Dr's on my behalf. It's been all round support from him, but also giving me the straight no nonsense talk when it was needed, I would never think of writing this sort of thing. But in fairness I think it's only right to give credit to this man that's helped me through so much over the years. And still doing it always with a positive and calm attitude. He is a number one worker and should know what his input has done to change my life and keep me alive basically. Cgl are lucky to have him and so am I and my family.
Thank you so much
