"outpatient visit to eye department"

I received a letter about a week ahead of the appointment.  I had never been to Louth Hospital before.  I had to organise transport from quite a distance.  The appointment went very well.  The clinic was not at the usual outpatient dept but arranged in an old style ward.  There was plenty of space for patients to distance themselves.  The clinic was very well organised.  I had my vision checked, a fields test and my eyes scanned.  After that I saw the doctor who said all was stable. I was finished in less than an hour.  I just want to say that I appreciate the pleasant staff and efficiency of the clinic.  Thank you.
