"Social care after brain Surgery"

About: Dungannon / Physiotherapy

(as a service user),

it is about my experiences with social care after brain Surgery.

I  want to thank the Community physios who have helped me since August until now to get mobile again.

I had a major operation in June, followed by 30 sessions of Radiotherapy.

I was unable to walk and over the months they kept me exercising and I now have a stick and a 3wheel rollator,

They were encouraging and practical .

My experience from Social Services were non existent with not even a phone call, despite hospital letters being marked urgent .

I am a widow so I was on my own, and family and friends helped.
