Hiya girls just thought I'd share my experience of birth at the rvmh with you all hoping it helps ease ur minds,

Being ten days over due I was brought to the induction ward, after baby being monitored for a while I had my waters broke by the amazing ashling my contractions litterly started within 5mins and were coming very fast, I was in alot of pain and panic but the girls were amazing got me into a smaller room and gave me gas and air let me get into any position i was comfortable in baby almost came but delivery unit staff made it round in the nick of time to get me into the delivery suit, soon arriving in delivery again I was allowed to get into and shape I was comfortable and was givin such amazing support by the midwives victoria and nikki, untill my partner got there with minutes to spare before baby came into the world.

I no how scary this whole situation is with covid but honestly ladies these girl gave me such amazing support from start to finish I honestly couldn't have prayed for better so please feel reassured even without ur other half you will never feel alone these ladies went above and beyond and truly dont get the credit they deserve!

Thank you to all the wonderful staff at rvmh ur all amazing!!!!
