About: Parkstone Tower Practice

You can never get hold of a doctor to discuss health care concerns. Complete the EConsult to be contacted by the receptionist who hasnt addressed your queries or concerns you have raised. Tried to call to escalate this, but was on hold for over 50 mins without an answer. This surgery use to be amazing, the receptionist, Drs and nurses use to care and be a vital part of your care with the surgery. Such a shame that since its moved to Shore Medical, the service has dropped.
