"My hearing is much improved now"

(as the patient),

I had emergency heart surgery last year and when I was feeling better, I went to NZ to visit my grandchildren.  My stay extended to 10 months and I was aware that my hearing aids were less efficient. I was struggling to hold conversations. 

I emailed to request batteries and hearing tubes, when I returned home.  

When the tubes arrived and did not fit, I called the Audiology  Dept.  I was informed that I should have received new hearing aids.   

They were calibrated and posted out to me promptly and arrived today.

My hearing is much improved now and I appreciate the prompt and efficient service of the Audiology Department at Lynebank Hospital, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8JH

My self esteem and confidence have improved immensely with the improvement in my hearing.
