The Borders General covid ward was very good dr anderson and the nurses were fantastic and the covid van that picked me up to take me to hospital the driver was very nice I was treated well looked after by all.
On returning home it was again in a covid patient transport van but the driver on the way to my home made me very uncomfortable. I was so I'll and felt so tired from coughing and as I was getting out of van to go into home they started to ask me questions in a very judgemental bit bullying tone asking me how long I've lived in the area etc. The driver had no need to ask me such questions about from their own noisyness and gossiping attitude. I was sick and this driver had no right to start asking me personal questions. This spoiled a great service I received by the hospital. As such If I get worse I will not be attending the hospital I don't like to be treated like dirt by a driver when I feel unwell.
