"waste of time"

I went to have my ear wax removed, first visit, some ear wax was removed but there was some left on my ear drum, hearing was no better. I was told to keep putting olive oil in and return 1 week later, after returning I was told to continue with drops for a further week, the staff member did not appear to know what advice to give me apart from keep putting drops in. I then had a phone call at home telling me to stop using drops for 2 weeks and return. On my last visit again I was disappointed with the service my hearing has only improved slightly and no further advice or care was offered. What a waste of time and money, this system does not work. I will never return to specsavers or recommend them for this procedure.
