"Well organised, great staff"

I've been with this surgery for 15 years, and have always been impressed by the staff - both the nurses and doctors.

The organisation in general, and particularly the responsiveness of support staff such as the receptionists, has improved noticeably in the last couple of years, and this makes a big difference to what can be a stressful experience.

The only criticism I would offer is that much better use could be made of email and online services for things like blood test results.
