About: East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust

On behalf of my 89 year old mum I wish to express her grateful thanks for the way she was treated last week during an emergency admission. From the paramedics arriving through to the ED and then Ambulatory Care she was treated with respect and dignity with her medical needs at the centre of everything. Please express our huge gratitude to all.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your mum's recent visit to the Emergency Department and Ambulatory Care at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital.

It is lovely to receive such positive feedback regarding the care and service your mum received during her admission and we are delighted to pass this on to the staff who will very much appreciate your comments as they always strive to deliver safe, personal & effective care.
