The doctors deserve a five star rating for their professionalism, courtesy and client service. The receptionists- not so. The receptionists however are generally unhelpful and rude. It is as if (one in particular) is just rude because she knows she can get away with it. This practice would benefit from training or reinforcing training in customer/client care for the receptionists. When a person is already dealing with a medical issue, the last thing they’re looking for when they call their doctor’s surgery, is a rude unhelpful person at the end of the phone.
From other reviews it is clear that this is an issue- why is it not being dealt with? Why are your receptionists so rude?
