I have had two separate occasions of ambulance. Crew being rude to me, one talking to my neurologist and telling them that my seizures were ‘not genuine’ another occasion I told 111 all the details to get in to my house, am hard hearing so I gave flat number and access code, they were not told, I couldn’t open my door because my arms were stiff, they shouted at me so much I cried(am autistic) then refused to help me even pack, I had to do it with a lot of pain, I am appalled and even scared of calling the ambulance when am in need.
