I've been kicked around like a football with doctors unwilling to issue repeat medication without blood test results, resulting in me having to make numerous phone calls to hospital and clinic without success and GP practice insisting that it is my responsibility to get the blood test results (despite me providing contact details of clinic). So I had no choice but to put in this complaint out of helplessness and within 15 mins the GP practice took action and issued me with the prescription. I hope no one has no go through this process again.

Again, I am really disappointed to read your review as this is not reflective on the support we provided.

Your medication requires you to have a blood test every 3 months.

We issued you with an emergency 2 week supply on the 20th November.

You were asked to follow up with the Clinic and Hospital as we had not received the blood tests results that you had conducted on 4th November.

Following your initial comments I contacted the clinic and the hospital and got your results, this took me approx 30 minutes. I used the phone numbers that are available on their websites,

We did not get the results as the clinic had asked pathology to only to send the results to Rheumatology.

I then asked the doctor to review the blood results and issue the medication.

I contacted, you and you failed to answer the calls but you turned up at the surgery.

I explained to you that the receptionist did all they could do to help you and because of them I was able to identify you and I also knew which clinic you had your bloods taken. This enabled me to resolve your medication issue.

You said you had no time to discuss the comments but just wanted your prescription. After a brief conversation you left.
