About: Thurrock IPS Employment Service

(as a service user),

I went through a bout of depression, anxiety and general mental health breakdown during the lockdown period of Covid-19. As a result of my being sectioned 3 times I was referred to Kelly via Grays Hall who assisted me with mind mapping, career planning, life goals, therapy and eventually helping me find a job.
